**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
**AP & AR** **Processes (70%)**
- Participates in Invoicing process in SAP VIM (Validation, Indexing, Coding) for US, CA, MX
- Supports with Fixed Asset review and approval process
- Follows and supports to answer AP Inquiries Outlook folders
- Supports with the review and approval of Travel Expense Reports in Concur
- Follows and supports to answer Travel Inquiries Outlook folder
- Runs ZIDOC_MONITOR transaction in SAP in a Daily basis
- Analyzes 201070 & 201075 accounts and delivers findings to Corporate Team in US
- Supports with Clients Dispute activities for US
- Supports with Retail Finance activities
- Reconciles Cash accounts in ReconNet
**Continuous **Improvement** (20%)**
- Validates Activities Check List to ensure timely action required for Month End Close Purposes
- Provides suggestions for improvements in Current Processes
- Participates in Process documentation

- Participates in Follow-up meetings
