Description and RequirementsResponsibilities: Identify and engage with marketing ready leads resulting from demand generation activities and nurturing those leads to opportunities for sellersPerform high volume calling with end-goal of identifying qualified opportunitiesCollaborate with sales, marketing, channel, and alliance teams to identify target accounts and cultivate prospecting listsEnhance contact and company data of prospective customers within CRM (Dynamics), ensuring information is accurately documentedWork alongside the Marketing team to identify trending verticals and to conduct data-driven communication with prospectsMaintain and provide reports on the status of leads and prospecting activitiesMaintain the collaborative relationship between marketing, inside sales leaders, product management and the sales enablement teams to meet organizational goalsRequirements: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyAbility to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to changeAbility to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processesQualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)Proficient in communicating (written & verbal) in EnglishAt least 1-2 years in a sales or lead development role with a track record of successExperience cold calling, and customer engagement (30 – 50 calls, communications per day)Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud and networking (Preferred)Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skillsPositive attitude, creative thinker, resilient, and driven to provide high-quality customer serviceCommitment to achieving individual and team performance goalsExcellent phone presence and experience making phone calls in an open environment
