Description and RequirementsThe North and Latin America Service Parts Logistics Cost & Operations Analyst role is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and guiding deployments of the NA & LA ISG Service Parts logistics network. The ISG services network requires same day delivery around the world, with SLAs as low as 2 hours from order to delivery. This role will be responsible for understanding and managing our NA & LA logistics network to drive optimal performance and operational efficiency while closely managing costs.
We are currently moving our service parts network from being managed by a 3PL to in-house management. This change allows us to manage our business and customer experience much more closely and bring opportunities to re-invent and optimize our processes and policies.
