The Account Manager - Retail is pivotal in overseeing the E-tail and Retail Division, reporting to the Mexico E-tail and Retail Sales Manager.
This role involves crafting and implementing strategies, managing promotional and planning activities, ensuring successful category delivery, and driving market share increase and margin profitability.

You will manage and strategize with multiple Retail and Online customers in this role. You will develop customer business plans and fully utilize marketing, trade, and category management resources to grow your business with your customers.
The Key Qualifications you must bring to our team are: At least 7 years in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in consumer products or technology, E-commerce, and traditional retail.Proven success as a sales representative, consistently exceeding revenue goals at a high-growth company.Strong leadership skills with experience collaborating across global sales organizations.A collaborative approach, able to work cross-functionally with different sales teams and business functions.Track record of leveraging influential leadership to drive change, growth, and new business models.Passion for developing customer relationships and identifying/capitalizing on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.Strong analytical and business acumen, adept at maintaining business plans, leading through key metrics, and delivering results.A scrappy, hands-on approach and willingness to do what is needed to support and drive the business forward with speed and flexibility.An innovation mindset.
