.Job Title: GLOBAL SALES MANAGER**Requirements**:- Education: Engineering Degree- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the baking industry- (5) years of experience in capital equipment sales managing large, key accounts- Availability: Full-Time & Travel- English: Advanced (Business).- Gender: Indistinct.Technical Competencies:- Baking Process- Engineering degree- MBA Preferred- Mechanical and automation systems- Ability to assess a bakery's production needs while on-site with a customer.- Must be able to spec custom equipment for unique bakery needs based on throughput and product.- Commitment and responsibility.- Effective communication.- Flexibility to change.- Troubleshooting.Soft Skills:- Integrity and Trust.- Commitment.- Leadership.- Teamwork.- Customer Orientation (internal and/or external).- Results-oriented.- I work under pressure.- Analytical Skills.- Management of a work team.Equipment Required: (YES: Requires, NO: Not required).- Laptop:- System accesses, which ones?:- iPad: YES- Auto: YES- Card AMEX: YES- Gas Card: YES- Cell phone or iPhone: Iphone.- Tools: Sales forceMACHINERY SALES AREAJob Title: GLOBAL SALES MANAGERRESPONSIBILITIES:- Cover all accounts in Latin America for both Shaffer and Peerless.- You will submit bi-weekly expense reports on the company's business.- It will provide a forecast of sales on active accounts with appropriate information.- You will maintain a list of customer accounts for the assigned territory.- All Shaffer/Peerless business will be conducted with the utmost confidence and will not be shared with others.- All prices and discounts must be approved by the Sales Manager.- You will make presentations about the product to customers.- You will maintain competitive files and gain competitive knowledge to improve sales.- You will keep customer files on the laptop in a file to sell effort and follow-up.- You will work to improve English-speaking skills for necessary communications.- You will provide the necessary Request for Quotation (RFQ) to the head office to quote the equipment.- It will help with the resolution of the problem to maintain customer satisfaction.- Assist the credit department in credit matters with customers.- You'll maintain customer satisfaction through timely and timely follow-up.- It will track sales and lost orders on all quotes.- It will provide OSD (Order Specification Description) and PO on all orders.- You will present product presentations in Spanish to sell.- The sales engineer will strive for continuous improvement to get the job done and sell.- Advance scheduling of vacations with the manager.- The employee is expected to be working during all normal business hours.- It is forbidden to make sales during or after business hours of any competitor product.- Any conflict of interest for the company should be avoided.Key Performance Objectives-Responsibilities-KPI ´SObjectives-Responsibilities-KPIsMetric-IndicatorDeliverable (%, No.,concept, time, etc
