(Required)Master's in administration, Technology, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
(Preferred)Experience in academic management/advising, and strategies for student recruitment and retention.Advanced English proficiency: TOEFL IBT 72 B2 / 95 C1 or TOEFL ITP 543 B2 / 620 C1.

)Industry experience and/or active collaboration with organizations such as businesses, government, civil society institutions, or the broader community to create meaningful connections through collaborative activities with students.Teaching experience and/or coordination or leadership in undergraduate or graduate programs.Main Activities:Lead the review and redesign processes of current programs, focusing on strengthening their value proposition.Oversee the selection and performance evaluation of professors, in coordination with Academic Departments and the School's Dean.Ensure (through the academic committee) the implementation of AOL mechanisms, continuous improvement processes, and the policy of external linkage, in collaboration with the Strategic Intelligence Office.Hold regular meetings with students and/or alumni to gather feedback and implement continuous improvement measures for the program.Plan and manage the scheduling for active and/or incoming generations, ensuring the program's delivery aligns with its design and established format, in coordination with the Academic Experience Office.Guarantee selectivity during the admissions process by playing an active role in candidate selection and interviews, to ensure the quality and profile of students within the program.Monitor the achievement of commercial targets in coordination with the Admissions & Recruitment Office.Participate in activities involving students and alumni of the program
