Develop the channel business unit at national level for all our categories, building strategies to reach our goals and increase our distribution, at the time that you contribute to develop our iconic brands.
**Main responsibilities**:As the leader of this commercial channel, you will design, manage, and develop new business models to enhance the profitability and growth of the RTM Model.- Lead the team through development plans to comply with the business objectives as well as the professional development of the team._Be responsible to identify business opportunities that will allow you to generate medium and long-term strategies for the growth and profitability of the channel.You will manage and control the sales budget aligned with the objectives set by the company.Manage and monitor the indicators of each of the regions that make up the business model to generate action plans on deviations that put the achievement of the established objectives at risk.We will count on you to develop, manage, and communicate the review and authorization of incentive compensation schemes for employees.Communicate the different areas of the company the needs of the market to generate action plans that allow the development of the channel and business brands
