Position Responsibilities Guide and support sales initiatives for our Mexican Branches and Sales Offices, identifying and driving best practices throughout territories nationwide. Oversee Mexico's Sales Directors, Managers and Trainers, collaborating to implement targeted strategies that meet sales and profitability goals. Conduct joint calls throughout our Mexican territories, evaluating performance and coaching sales staff. Deliver hands-on, field-oriented training and mentorship to develop the overall capabilities of the Mexico sales team. Communicate and present company updates and directives to Branch and Corporate sales leaders. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 15+ years of experience in sales / sales management with strong coaching skills. Bilingual (English / Spanish) - strong English written and verbal communication skills. Extensive sales experience in B2B supplies. An industrial, distribution or business services focus is preferred.
