**Job Description**:
Core activities - 85%:
- Structured evaluation: applies defined Lean methods & tools for analyzing the current situation.
- Experience cooperation: enables and coaches associates and managers to define and introduce Lean Management Standards.
- Establish a base for continuous improvement.
- Develops and challenges the best solutions for transforming units.
- Provides status of Lean Management progress to plant management and AE division on a frequent basis.
- Takes responsibility: act as a role model with respect to feedback & coaching, including AE Leadership principles such as Passion, Courage, Voices, Focus, Customer & Partner.
- Integrated implementation: taking over tool
- and/or topic ownership.
- Additional activities - 15%
- Support on preparations for official visitor's presentations, plant tour and visualization.
- Supports Policy deployment.
- Participate in Bosch initiatives.
- CIP suggestions promoting.
- Participate and support quality, ESD, safety and environmental plant goals.
