Each opportunity is the fuel that drives an idea from inspiration to real-life.**Job functions Include but are not limited to**:Responsible for monitoring all consumer, dealer and vendor correspondences.Process retail and lease payoffs, terminations, customer changes/updates.Verifies all documentation (e.G. release, correspondence, accounting items, statement of accounts, etc.). Letters are confidential and contain detailed information and accuracy must be verified.Monitors all adjustment processing on loans or leases, due date changes, rewrites, loan auditing, credit bureau updates and banking information changes and all other account adjustments and changes.Verifies and processes all lease and loan transfers/verifies all documents/payments and set up for new customers.**Job Knowledge and Skills**:Incumbents must demonstrate a good understanding of accounting/financial processing principles; have general knowledge of automotive financing operations and good problem solving skills to handle complex account issues.Must be organized, have good time-management skills and be able to multi-task.Incumbent must have good analytical skills and have an eye for detail and accuracy.**Requirements**:Full Bachelor´s degree.Proficiency in Excel/Outlook as well as a good comfort level adapting to new computer systems.No write-ups within the last 12 months.Fluent English.
