ObjectiveManage and lead the resources assigned to an Operational Line complying with objectives and indicators to satisfy production requirements. Promote collaboration between service areas establishing priorities, support his team in the development of technical and leadership skills and is responsible for making decisions and developing initiatives to guide his team to achieve objectives.Main ResponsibilitiesPromote safety culture, ensure that the Operative Team have all the necessary systems and protocols to operate safely.Secure compliance with Operative Shopfloor Management System based on Servant Leadership Culture. Promoting adherence to the systems and updating it when necessary.Follow up OEE of the equipment on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring that the objectives set by production control are met and trigger action plans when these objectives are not achieved.Promote and lead cost reduction initiatives.Ensure adherence to current process parameters and quality controls on the Operative Line maintaining communication with Process and Quality departments in order to keep quality indicators within the objective.Early production involvement on new programs and manufacturing lines, ensuring that solutions attend operative needs. Lead the compliance of the Operative Readiness for successful new programs.Maintain communication with HR department to ensure that their team is complete and working in an environment that is conducive and reflects the company's values.Support FMEA and PC creation and update.Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or any related field.Familiarity with ISO 14001, IATF, Metal-Mechanical Industry, PPAP, APQP.Experience: 5-8 years or more in a manufacturing environment, experience in Automotive Industry, ISO 14001, IATF, Metal-Mechanical Industry, PPAP, APQP, Lean Manufacturing principles & tools.Advanced English proficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
