The client operates between health plans and gyms to process reimbursements for members whose health plans subsidize their gym memberships.Project DescriptionThe team specializes in developing gym access hardware and software for clients' fitness clubs. Although recently established, the team has been tasked with reworking legacy code to align with the new platform's requirements. They operate within an Agile framework, following the Scrum process to ensure effective project management. The team is composed of a Project Manager, a Dev Manager, a Product Owner, three backend developers, one firmware developer, and one QA specialist.
