We are currently searching for a Net Production Support: Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development and deployment processes, utilizing pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
Develop and maintain tools and applications using .NET technologies and VB Scripting t o support operational and automation requirements.
Manage operational and support tasks, including on-call coordination.
Monitor system health and performance using tools such as PagerDuty, New Relic, Splunk, and PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
Respond to and manage critical incidents , including P1, P2, P3, and P4 issues, focusing on rapid resolution and minimizing business impact.
Identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
Monitor and maintain applications and database systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability via remote connectivity.
Participate in code integration processes, utilizing Merge Request (MR) workflows and following agile project execution models.
Coordinate on-call support for 24/7 availability and flexibility.
Handle security incidents and asset management effectively, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
Requirements Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
Experience in .NET technologies development and VB Scripting, REST API.
Experience with MSSQL and remote server connectivity.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
