**Responsibilities**- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner- Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics- Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way**Requirements**:- High School completed- Advanced English- Schedule availability for training- 6 months in Call Center experiencie- 6 months Customer Service experiencie**Salary & Benefits**:- $14,500 Base salary- Up to $3,000 Performance Bonus- 2 Days off- CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE- Food coupons- Life medical insurance- Permanent placement position / Direct hire**Salary**: $14,500.00 - $17,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Monterrey, N.
