Netsuite Acs Predictive Analytics & Planning Manager

NetSuite GBU is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join the NetSuite GBU Customer Success Operations Team as a Manager of the ACS Predictive Analytics and Planning team.
This team plays a critical role in providing support to our Executive Leadership team within Subscription & Support Services.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Overseeing and developing a high-performing analytics team that supports executive leadership with data-driven insights, resource tracking and allocation, and business intelligence.Serving as a liaison between the Executive Leadership team, the Subscription and Support Services organization, Operations, and Finance, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication to ensure business and customer satisfaction goals are met.Focusing on management, mentorship, process improvement, and strategic planning while being adept at collecting, analyzing, and displaying data.Being accountable for the operational metrics and overall business results of the team.Ensuring quality of work and organizational goal achievement.Effectively coordinating across all levels of the organization and cross-functionally collaborating within the NSGBU.Maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment that develops well-rounded team members to deliver high-quality results and drive business excellence.This is a high visibility role within the NSGBU, providing an opportunity to influence strategic decisions and have a significant impact on the organization's success.Career Level: M3#J-18808-Ljbffr
