We're looking for a Netsuite Administrator to support our Business Technology team. In this role, you'll assist in partnering with business owners across Accounting and Finance to help identify and implement process and system improvements. As part of the Business Technology team, you'll work closely with our senior team members supporting the translation of business needs into system requirements and helping to develop scalable technical solutions. This role will provide valuable support throughout the development cycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from Accounting and Finance teamsSupport the configuration and testing of systems such as NetSuite, Blackline, Stripe, Leapfin, Anrok, Workday, and ZipBecome an expert in Webflow's Finance and Accounting processes, and help create and maintain system documentation and user guidesProvide first-level support for finance system users, escalating complex issues when necessaryAssist in data analysis and reporting to support process improvement initiativesIn addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
