As a Network Administrator at Infor, you'll be responsible for network infrastructure operations, supporting the Data Center networks consisting of LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Security, VPN using a diverse set of vendor products.A Day in the Life Typically Includes:Configuration of network infrastructure to ensure their smooth and reliable 24x7 operation, fulfilling business objectives and customer SLA.Ensuring appropriate monitoring, alerting, and logging mechanisms are in place and functioning optimally all the time.Ensure stable and reliable network. Respond, troubleshoot, identify root cause and remediate issues in a complete, documented and timely manner.Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools such as Splunk and/or SIEM tools.Network upgrades, hardware refreshes, and OS/software upgrades and patching.Provide customer service and network-related technical support with an emphasis on issue resolution and quality.Develop, implement, and maintain policies, plans, and procedures for network administration.Assist in developing long-term strategy for data center and cloud-based services.Basic Qualifications:Experience administering a production network infrastructure environment.Experience on Juniper and/or Juniper devices with skills in BGP and OSPF routing protocols.Experience working with data center network virtualization and supporting technologies VRF, VXLAN, MP-BGP, PBR, EVPN.Experience in IPSec VPN and MACsec.Experience in configuration of IPSec VPN tunnels and troubleshooting phase 1 and phase 2 errors, access control, and routing.Experience in configuration of data center switches and routers for multiple tenant environment and high availability.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.Experience with Check Point firewalls.Skills in configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting load balancers and load balancing solutions on both F5 LTMs and AWS.Experience with AWS.Experience in packet capture and basic analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
