**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
This role is part of the IT Operations team within the PepsiCo CTO Organization.
PepsiCo has a multivendor hybrid outsourced model for its Infrastructure IT operations. The PepsiCo IT Operations team works with various businesses, in-house IT teams, IT partners, and OEMs to maintain high-quality services around the clock.
The Specialist is responsible for the ongoing operations of Network & Cloud components, he/she will act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management and drive the Managed Services Provider with the PepsiCo strategy.
**Your Impact**
As Network & Cloud Assoc Manager your scope would consist of:
- Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
- Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and integrity.
- Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure.
- Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
- Communicate with users when needed.
- Maintain complete technical documentation.
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability.
- Change Management using Service Now.
- Incident classification, Problem tickets assignment, Change, and Release management.
- Act as a liaison between the engineering and operations team to solve production issues and build backlogs for enhancements, bugs/fixes, and Vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.
- +10 years of Network experience.
- +3 years of Network Cloud Services.
- CCNP Certification would be desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IP Networking, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, Wireless, and SD-WAN.
- Experience with varied Wi-Fi deployments; Indoor/Outdoor Wi-Fi, WLC, and DNA.
- Cisco Switching (3850/3650/2960X/4500X).
- Requires in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and communication protocols. Knowledge of IPsec, GRE tunnels, multicasting, and traffic balancing techniques is essential.
- Experience in managing and coordinating network and cloud changes (IP routes, policy map, ACL, configuration ports, regions, etc.).
- Knowledge of network routing (BGP, EIGRP) and switching protocols, multicast and QoS protocols, Cisco hardware routers and switches, and hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switches is a plus.
- Data center switching.
- DC technologies: VPC, VDC, SDN ACI.
- Cloud connectivity services: Virtual Network (VNet), Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute etc.
- Experience monitoring project results and customer satisfaction levels using pre-established indicators in relation to service level.
- Identify opportunities in the cloud marketplace and automation, set direction, analyze business requirements and technology options, design solutions and integrate best practices.
- Support all PepsiCo global IT functions and sectors for cloud automation for IaaS and PaaS, collaborate with teams outside of CTO organization and sector IT teams, running on highly complex cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) technologies and services.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capacity planning, performance monitoring, and Operations support to ensure high availability. Change Management using Service Now.
- Experience working in a matrix organization, aligning with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of current IT organization functions, sectors, and strategic providers.
- Must possess a deep understanding of the ITIL framework and an ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
