DSP Recruitment:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified last-mile suppliers.Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job boards, and local partnerships and onsite visits.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate suppliers' skills, experience, and suitability for last-mile delivery.Onboarding and Training:Design and implement onboarding programs for new last-mile suppliers.Provide training on delivery processes.Ensure that drivers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools for success.Driver Retention:Implement retention strategies to keep high-performing DSPs engaged and accomplish KPIs.Address suppliers' concerns and challenges, working to resolve issues promptly.Recognize and reward exceptional performance.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure that suppliers adhere to legal and regulatory requirements for last-mile delivery.Oversee the collection and maintenance of necessary documentation.Communication:Maintain open communication channels with suppliers, addressing concerns, and providing updates.Act as a liaison between the recruitment team and other departments, fostering collaboration.Budget Management:Work within budgetary constraints for recruitment and onboarding activities.Optimize recruitment processes to minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment and onboarding processes.The DSP Network and Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining a reliable and efficient team of last-mile suppliers. The focus is on attracting, retaining, and developing a skilled workforce that contributes to the success of the last-mile delivery operations.
