**You Are**:UST is currently seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our Enterprises Network Services team and DEVOPS Network Services team in Mexico to support and enhance our network infrastructure, ensuring continuity of operations and optimal performance.
**The Opportunity**:- Provision and maintain all Network components and services.- Report Network performance- Assist with all design, implementation, operational, and management activities for the Network environment.- Document network requirements, policies, and procedures- Perform day-to-day Network operations and administration activities.- Manage designated Network devices in accordance with Solidigm policies.- Maintain external DNS, IP addressing, router configurations, VPN configurations, etc.- Ensure Network administration activities are coordinated through a defined Change Management process.- Perform accounts administration for network resources access and maintenance.- Develop and implement strategic network plans aligned with long-term business goals.- Design robust, scalable network architectures- Act as the primary expert in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.- Recommend network services and solutions based on business needs.- Assist with network design, implementation, and management activities.- Recommend and approve network capacity thresholds; provide capacity and performance reports.- Coordinate support activities with third-party suppliers.- Document network requirements, policies, and procedures- Provide rapid resolution for network incidents; manage performance and optimization.- Oversee creation and maintenance of network documentation and promote knowledge sharing.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
