Transforming Information to Enrich Life for AllMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring rapid progress in learning, communication, and advancement.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth operation of local area network (LAN) infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, wireless access points, voice systems, and telephony infrastructure.Collaborate with the WAN support team to maintain wide area network (WAN) infrastructure, encompassing WAN circuits, internet service provider connections, and VPN tunnels.Monitor network performance using tools like OpsRamp, Splunk, NetScout, NetBrain, and DNAC to prevent disruptions to network services.Address network incidents reported via service tickets, phone calls, or email within SLA timeframes.Restore network services based on troubleshooting guides within specified time limits.Document improvements to standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on lessons learned.Identify initiatives to minimize incidents and enhance team efficiency.Escalate unresolved cases to the next support level while adhering to escalation key performance indicators (KPIs).Compile network incident reports and system performance metrics for regular health reviews.Perform routine network administration tasks, such as IP address management and ACL configuration.Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support coverage, participating in major incident responses.Optimize operational processes to ensure all KPIs are met.This role excludes finalizing sales agreements, executing sales contracts, making contract decisions, participating in pricing negotiations, or authorizing contracts.
