Job SummaryMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level infrastructure operation support for local area network (LAN) infrastructure, including network switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, WLCs, wireless, voice, and telephony infrastructure.Collaborate with WAN support team to maintain wide area network (WAN) infrastructure, including WAN, ISP circuits, and VPN tunnels.Proactively monitor alerts and traffic statistics using network performance monitoring tools to prevent disruption to network services.Attend to network incidents submitted via service ticket, phone, and email.Restore network services based on troubleshooting guides within SLA time.Prepare documentation for improvement of SOP based on lessons learned.Identify initiatives to reduce incidents and improve team productivity and efficiency.Perform escalation to next support level for unresolved cases and adhere to escalation KPI.Compile network incidents and system performance indices for system health review.
Prepare reports for review.Perform network administration tasks, such as IP address management and ACL configuration.Provide L2/L3 support covering 24/7 and participate in major incidents.Manage and improve operational processes to ensure all KPIs are met.The specified role does not involve finalizing sales agreements, executing sales contracts, or making definitive decisions regarding contracts.
