**About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for an IP/Cloud Integration Engineer, who will be analyzing, solutioning, customizing and delivering the integration of a Node / network / system and platform solutions for our North American customers. As part of the role, you will be responsible for Integration, execution, and coordination of the IP/Cloud projects to ensure that the services provided to customers are timely, on cost and on scope. **What you will do**:
- Participate in customer projects, including the definition, management, and verification of solutions, analyzing the customer's processes, organization, and requirements.
- Prepare write technical documents (Method of procedure, High-Level documents, Migration study, and testing documentation).
- Secure the technical functionality and quality of deliveries.
- Share competence and knowledge with development teams, including mentorship, competence building and coaching of teams.
- Coordinate and support the configuration/development and Integration Team.
- Hands-On for Trouble-Shooting and problem-solving for development, installation, configuration, integration, testing, and Launch activities.
- Play an integral role in advancing delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
- Keep abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about the solution to enable customer competence build.
**The skills you bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering.
- To have a business level of English B2-C1 or equivalent.
- 5-7+ years of overall experience working in IT/Telecom industry
- Excellent troubleshooting skills working with HTTP(S), TCP/IP, REST API, BGP, OSPF, ISIS and other Internet protocols.
- Understanding of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP
- Hands-on experience in Cloud Networking, L2/L3 networking protocols, Firewall and Load balancers knowledge.
- Good knowledge on Cloud & Virtualization concepts
- Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS/ CCNP certification
