NETWORK OPERATIONS
Responsable for overseeing incident response,outage mitigation, oversight of automation task, and supporting network operational health improvements. We are looking for candidates with a passion to influence others while collaborating with cross functional teams in managing overall network availability for everyone at OCD TECH.
ACTIVITIES
*Support infrastructure incluiding switches, routers, wireless, optical connections and firewalls deployed in our clients networks.
* Monitor the performance and status ot the network and security appliances
* Interface with vendor support for release, maintenance, incidents
* Interface to Service Operations & Control for compliance and execution of global processes.
* Establish and maintain standards by supplying functional documentation, including diagramming, for cross training and support purposes as directed.
* Apply security updates.
* Manage and report an uptime, availability, MTTR, major and minor incidents and root cuases.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
* Advance knowledge of telepresence endpoint, softphones, route patterns and translation patterns
* Advance knowledge and experience with voice/ PBX/TDM/Telephon y/ IPT/ VoIP, messaging, the H32X and SIP suite of standards, IP communications and protocols incluiding TCP, UDP, RTP, SCCP, MGCP.
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 4-5 Years of hands-on IT experience in a technical/helpdesk role.
* 4-5- years of hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology ( for example: UNIX or Windows)
* Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel ( Power Query highly desirable)
* Advance level English
* Technical English required
* Highly motivated, driven and willing to work independently while receivinf instruction through supervision in a highly regulated enviroment
