**About this opportunity**We are now looking for a Network Roll-Out Production Responsible based in Mexico City, to support the delivery workforce to make their work more efficient through adequate delivery tools, processes, measurements, and competence models.In this role, you will develop and implement delivery models, frameworks, ways of working within Service Delivery to create an environment that supports global efficiency and profitable growth.**You will**- Ensure delivering results & meeting customer expectations- Be responsible for the financial and commercial performance of delivered customer support services.- Ensure the functional management of the involved local, remote and third party resources.- Be accountable for financial budget, forecast, reporting and cost control.- Be an active contributor in the Sales process, identify new business opportunities and drive Add on Sales, in collaboration with Account team.- Define deployment strategy.- Lead continues improvement initiatives.- Drives country governances to supervise KPIs vs target, provide early risk identification and migration and perform stakeholder mgmt.**You will bring**- Proven project management experience in leading Network Roll-Out Projects as swap technology, integration, optimization, within Telecoms or with Operator's.- Customer management experience, with good communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills- Technical expertise (RAN, TX & CW)- Focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and automation- Good understanding of Network Architecture and involved technologies.- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills, taking timely decisions and initiate appropriate actions- Be flexible, enthusiastic, creative, pro-active and result oriented.- Both Spanish and English proficiency level is a must**Why join Ericsson**At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
