We are looking for a talented **Network & Telecom Senior Analyst **to provide world-class support and maintain an efficient network infrastructure and internet connections, to satisfy our global internal customers with seamless services, while enhancing operational efficiency through automation and innovation.
**Roles and responsibilities**
- Perform logical and physical assessment and configurations on network equipment (eg. wireless, switch, firewall) and its components, indicating and executing improvements
- Monitor the performance of network equipment and Internet links to detect deviations in the environment and avoid unavailability
- Create network standards, documentation, policies and procedures to ensure the organization's IT activities are aligned with business goals and objectives
- Provide level 2 support to internal users when they have a problem when using a product or service related to the Network technologies (eg. wireless, switch, firewall, video conference systems)
- Coach Network & Telecom Junior Analysts
- Conduct studies of technical, economic and financial resources for the use of new technologies
**Hard sills**
- +5 years in IT network support or related roles
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems or similar
- Proven experience with Access Points and Switches (Aruba Central, Ubiquiti, TP-Link)
- Experience with Fortinet Firewalls
- Ability to plan, implement, verify and troubleshoot complex networks
- Design and implementation of network topologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN and SD-WAN)
- Deep knowledge on TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, NAT, VPN, QOS, VoIP.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems

- Agile / SCRUM methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Continuous improvement approach and personal time management skills
- Availability to occasionally travel to provide support or perform new networking implementations in different locations across Mexico
- Advanced English
