This role is instrumental in driving global expansion, client acquisition, and revenue growth.**The Role**:As the **New Business Development Manager**, you will promote and sell Interprefy's services to global organizations, focusing on new business acquisition and account growth. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new revenue by leveraging your expertise in sales, relationship-building, and cross-department collaboration.**Key Responsibilities**:- Promote and sell Interprefy's services to global corporate clients in target markets.- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals and objectives.- Lead generation for targeted accounts, including following up on leads generated by marketing and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).- Develop new relationships with corporate organizations (through face-to-face meetings, online meetings, cold calls).- Take a strategic approach to identifying and capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities with existing clients across multiple products and services.- Liaise with internal teams to ensure flawless service delivery and excellent customer experience.- Provide pre- and post-event support to ensure a seamless customer journey.- Deliver live demonstrations of Interprefy's technology to potential clients and handle any questions.- Use CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client data, update prospect statuses, and identify new growth opportunities.- Stay updated on industry trends and customer insights to add value to customer relationships.**What We're Looking For**:- **Sales Expertise**: Extensive experience in sales within the IT or event/LSP industry, with a proven track record of high-value sales at the C-suite level.- **Global Experience**: Experience working with multinational organizations.- **Relationship Builder**: Passion for developing long-term relationships with clients and a strong new-business-hunting attitude.- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
