Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-Why join the Team?With BRP's recent announcement in building its new manufacturing facility in Chihuahua,Mx, the global sourcing team needs your support in developing a new supplier network in this region.Exposure to diverse and meaningful work that will help you develop world-class skills in a global setting.Opportunity to work in a rewarding and challenging environment with a team of dedicated and passionate people.Able to grow, make a difference, and convert passion into action.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEnsure parts supply during the development process focusing on quality, development schedule and supplier capacity, at best overall cost of acquisition.Strong project management abilities with working with multiple suppliers.Manage the supplier selection process; coordinate the exchangeof information between the supplier, the engineering and quality assurance departments for the entire life of the sourced part.Manage, control and maintain an effective and strategic business relationship with external suppliers.Contributing to the negotiation, amendment, and fulfillment of agreements and contracts with strategic suppliers in accordance with the company's orientations and product requirementsConduct supplier scouting to identify potential new suppliers for our company as well as perform supplier audit for our company's current and potential partners.Develop Commodity Strategies to ensure parts and materials are sourced at the most competitive price.Monitoring supplier performance, managing supplier relationships and implementing corrections actions as needed.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and supplier quality assurance to understand the product development needs and ensure materials, components and services align with the project requirements.Knowledge & Skills RequiredBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field is required.3 years of relevant global sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
