Where you will work:Tijuana, B.C. (AST2) | Fully on site
What you'll do:Plan, prepare and ensure adherence to budget for New Launches (NL) team.NL capacity evaluation considering timing of new project.Define key target dates and milestones.New project kick-off presentation to the local team site (new awards).Support and represent the local team site in the PSC development with Plants and BUs.Ensure communication between teams and NL regarding topics and deliverables under local team site NL responsibilities.Develop and update New launch labor should cost for new machines and projects, and ensure compliance.What is required:Engineering Bachelor Degree (in related to Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, and/or Mechanical disciplines).Advanced English skills (is a must).3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Supervisory position and NPI.MS Project proficiency (is a plus).Willingness to travel (30%).What's in it for you:Attractive compensation package.Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks.Gender Pay Equality.Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
