New Product Intro Mgr

Responsible for the implementation/introduction of new products.

Responsible for the introduction of new products in accordance with the APQP methodology

Responsible for maintaining the record of installed capacity and available capacity in manufacturing plants in Juárez

Must lead communication with the different departments of the manufacturing areas through a structure of periodic meetings and predetermined visual methods.

Be the link with the different corporate departments and manufacturing plants.

Must establish a measurement system (KPI's) to evaluate the maturity of the releases

It will define the mechanics for the transfer of responsibilities to plant engineering at the conclusion of the launch according to the results of the KPIs determined for it.

Responsible for defining and establishing the mechanisms for closing businesses that conclude the life cycle Manage cross-functional engineering teams.

Communicates with other business units to share applicable technology.

Identify relevant technological trends and opportunities that can give us a competitive advantage.

Collect all relevant data necessary to analyze a complex problem or situation.
