BAT MEXICOIS LOOKING FOR A NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION ANALYST SENIORITY LEVEL: Non – Management FUNCTION: Operations LOCATION: Monterrey, Mexico ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES This role is part of the operations area. Responsible to support with Project Management activities and responsibilities with different stakeholders as Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Factory, among other areas across LATAM North. Updating Gantts for the projects, data management (keeping the data on our internal platforms up to date), SKUs follow up and readiness, etc. Reports to: Line Manager WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR Responsible to guarantee On Time in Full >15 projects. Accountable of Project Gantt to identify major risks and plan mitigations.Identify projects activities, milestones, pending issues, etc. to track status.Owner of Follow-Up Meetings (Multidisciplinary forum)Internal and external communication with stakeholdersData Management using internal platforms and tools.SKUs creation follow up (SAP & internal platform)ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Experience Required Project ManagementData management / analysis.Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required Advanced English required for the job.Ability to work with multiple teams, both, locally and remotely (different End Markets and offices in different countries).Ability to quickly respond to a constantly changing environment, with changes of scope and urgencies.High level of organization and administration.Advanced Microsoft Office Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required Industrial EngineeringAdministration BENEFICIAL SAP KnowledgeProject Management certificationBackground in manufacturing areas.WE ARE BAT At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
