New Product Introduction Engineer
Iztapalapa, CDMX (Onsite)
Position Summary
Thales is looking for a New Product Introduction Engineer who is primarily responsible for managing, coordinating, leading, and planning the new introduction product assigned projects during the five main phases of the process according to internal and global rules.
In this position, you will also be responsible for defining the planning and execution of the new product introduction, as well as planning the workforce and effort needed by task, risk management plan, and the definition of the software packages while ensuring alignment to the security regulations by brands and corporate regulations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Plan all new products introduction flow. Become the main contact point with Customer Service and Technical Consultants in all customer requirements for Industrialization.
Ensure the new products introductions comply with regulation and standards (Visa, MasterCard, etc).
Ensure that NPI (New Product Introduction) flows are being executed correctly with all teams and areas.
Act as technical support in customer's projects and tenders.
Act as key management backup.
Supervise the art transfer from other sites.
Support the NPI leader to coordinate the information exchanges between Issuer and personalization bureaus.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in engineering systems or manufacturing process related.
Progressive experience in new product introduction, Process Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years in coordination or project management areas.
Advanced fluency in English, both oral and written.
Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic.
