New Product Introduction - Project Manager

**Our Exciting Opportunity**:We are now seeking an NPI Project Manager to coordinate the launch and transfers of new antennas at EAO**You will**:Design and implement new product introduction plan, manage introduction projects as well as manage resources and risks. Propose improvements in product design, pre-development and projects, develop product requirements, in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team of Ericsson Tlaxcala plant.**To be successful in the role you must have**:- Degree in Electrical Engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.- Work experience: minimum 3 years as a product engineer in related areas.- Languages: Fluent English.- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma- Safe handling of standard MS-Office software- Experience in the field of automated assembly and production- Knowledge in project management.- Additional qualification with respect to REFA and / or MTM**What´s in it for you?**Here at Ericsson, our culture is built on over a century of courageous decisions.
