Overall responsibilities and duties:_**_
The main missions of the role are:_**
- _
Ensure compliance with the requirements of the implemented systems ISO TS16949, ISO 14001 and C-TPAT focused on Quality, CIQ_
- _ Define and develop the inspection instructions according to the control plan (for example: final inspection instructions, 1st part OK, control charts, etc.)
Launch stage_
- _ Approves the work instructions in production lines and ensures that all the necessary inspections are included, that the necessary time is included in the standardized work sheets and that the measuring equipment is available and meets the requirements (MSA)_
- _ Ensures respect for the control plan._
- _ Archives all Quality records according to those defined in the control plan and the Record Retention procedure during the project phase_
- _ Support production supervisors in the implementation of the 8 basics of Quality (training, implementation, monitoring, alert in case of deviation...) project phase_
- _ Ensures that supplier parts during the project phase are approved and validated_
- _ Drive continuous improvement in new project lines_
- _ Has the authority to stop any nonconforming product and/or process and immediately escalate it to the Quality Manager._
- _ These functions are illustrative and not limited to the performance of other activities that are required._
- _ Support in the Activities Engineering Changes within its Assigned area_
- _ Is responsible for developing and compiling all the required information of the 18 elements of the ppap for its final approval_
- _ It is the contact during the launch phase with the client for the approval of the ppap_
- _ It is the quality channel with the CTC Team To ensure the quality of the project_

Qualifications_**
- Minimum education level: Industrial, Mechanical or Electronic Engineer_
- experience :_
- _
Minimum professional experience of 2 years in the area of quality in the automotive industry._
- _ Quality Experience in Production._
- _ Experience in dealing with clients._
- _ Training as internal auditor._
- _ HIGH experience in PPAP; APQP: Process Flow, AMEF, Control Plan, Process flow diagram._
- _ Geometric Tolerances / Reading plans._
- _ Experience in problem solving methodology: 8D._
- _ Knowledge of customer specifications (Kia, GM, Chrysler, VW, etc.
)_
