Come make history in Amazon's New Seller Success team!As a New Seller Success (NSS) LATAM Program Manager, you will collaborate with local business teams, NSS Central Team, and EM teams to drive adoption of key Seller Success metrics. The job involves identifying and understanding main Seller pain points to adopt programs, managing strategy and initiatives to deliver on New Seller Success goals, and collaborating with Sales teams across MX and BR marketplaces. You will own Perfect Launch (PL) metric with Central NSS team and advocate for LATAM specific needs with them. You will own local PL and NSS goals in MX and BR, and manage different stakeholders and teams to meet goals. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, driving shared goals, and have the ability to think big.Key Job Responsibilities:Implement mechanisms to receive regular Seller feedback and drive insights on pain points and adoption of main Seller Success programs.Define overarching strategy and key initiatives to meet NSS goals, for long term success of programs and short-term sprints; adjust and iterate based on Seller feedback and initiative performance.Collaborate with sales team and key stakeholders across LATAM to drive NSS goals.Collaborate with Seller Education and Adoption PMs across LATAM to coordinate education content and strategy to generate awareness.Track and report performance of key metrics adoption.Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree.4+ years of program or project management experience.3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.Speak, write, and read fluently in English.Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.G., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).#J-18808-Ljbffr
