The Insurance Operations Associate lll is responsible for facilitating achievement of service level agreements by mentoring peers, reviewing,verifying and processing complex insurance-related documentation and updating system of record as required.**Key Responsabilities**:Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.- Process multiple insurance-related documentation queues by reviewing and verifying complex data, resolving exceptions and updating clients' systems of record to ensure accuracy and completeness of database information- Facilitate success of insurance operations team by resolving basic escalated issues and guiding peers on best practices to increase effectiveness and efficiency of processing functions- Deliver on service level agreements by completing high volume of data entry and processing multiple insurance-related documentation queues quickly and accurately to meet department quality and productivity standards- Develop and enhance insurance operations skills and knowledge by participating in cross-training and taking personal initiative for learning additional procedures to support multiple workflows and assist with complex, critical and time-sensitive processes- Mentor peers by sharing knowledge and providing advice and assistance- Perform data entry to keep logs, records and files up-to-date and readily accessibleSupervisory Responsibilities:This job does not have supervisory dutiesJOB REQUIREMENTS**Preferred Qualifications**:Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent experience- 1 or more years of experienceCertificates,Licenses,Registrations:- None.Functional Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)- Effective verbal and written communication skills- Ability to utilize established procedures to guide decision-making
