This is an important position for the Nuevo Laredo Site and is a Shared Services resource that will support all Divisions & BU's located there.
ResponsibilitiesSpecific support in Talent acquisition.Focus on Union and non-Unionized talent, supporting the NLD Site with recruiting activities for the different BU's within the location.Support and keep up the Mexican HRIS System in order to be aligned with Berwyn HRIS & Mexican Regulatory payroll system.Support and help with Mexican Government Inspections and Compliance.Able to support out of working hours/schedule, switch holidays (Christmas, New Year), and spend long hours when needed.RequirementsCollege &/or University degree.2-3 years experience in a similar position.Bilingual; Spanish and English preferred.Knowledge and experience in personnel management.Familiarity with supporting HR management in a Mexican Union manufacturing environment.Legal & compliance knowledge; IMSS, STPS, INM.Experience in active participation in quality systems from an HR (Training) perspective.AMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.0 billion.
