**Location**:Nuevo Laredo, MX, 88285**Business Unit**:Nul**Posting Date**:Sep 3, 2024- This is an important position for the Nuevo Laredo Site and is a Shared Services resource that will support all Divisons & BU's located there- Responsabilities- Specific support in Talent acquisition.- Focus Union and non Unionized talent Supporting the NLD Site with recruiting activities for the different BU's within the location.- Support and keep up the Mexican HRIS System in order to be aligned with Berwyn HRIS & Mexican Regulatory payroll system- Support and help with Mexican Government Inspections and Compliance- Able to support out of working hours/schedule, switch holidays, (Christmas, New Year, spend long hours when needed)- Requirements- College &/or University degree- 2-3 years experience in a similar position- Bilingual; Spanish and English will be preferred- Knowledge and experience in personnel management- Familiarized in supporting HR management in a Mexican Union manufacturing environment- Legal & compliance knowledge; IMSS, STPS, INM- Experience in active participation in quality systems from an HR(Training ) perspectiveAMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.0 billion.
