.Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an NLP/Data Science Engineer (with Rasa and Python) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico.
Our client is an on-demand voice services library.
They are working with leading fitness, retail, innovative home technology brands, and more to create the most extensive collection of voice services.
The client also partners with audio hardware device manufacturers to integrate the SDK and develop the next listening device generation.
They have signed some of the world's biggest brands and are creating voice assistants to integrate not only into their platform but also into their core consumer-facing apps.
The client has built out voice assistants for NPR and Spotify and has rapidly discovered the limitations of tools like Amazon Lex and Dialog Flow.
They need to provide the best voice consumer-facing experience to delight and empower users with their voice.
They believe deep learning in data science and machine learning will get us to the next level of voice models.
Your ultimate goal is to develop and deliver these voice assistants with a stellar team you help build.- Requirements:- Proven experience as an NLP Engineer or similar role.- Experience with the Rasa framework.- Understanding NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures, and modeling.- Ability to effectively design software architecture.- Deep understanding of text representation techniques (such as N-gram, a bag of words, sentiment analysis, etc.
), statistics and classification algorithms.- Knowledge of Python.- Experience generating data using data generation tools.- Ability to write robust and testable code.- Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn).- Strong communication skills.- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.- You have shipped a lot of products with quality and focus.- Ability to build a solid team that delivers.- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a similar field.Responsibilities:- Study and transform data science prototypes.- Select appropriate annotated datasets for Supervised Learning methods.- Use effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features.- Find and implement suitable algorithms and tools for NLP tasks.- Develop NLP systems according to requirements.- Train the developed model and run evaluation experiments.- Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models.- Remain updated in the rapidly changing field of machine learning.- Advise the team on direction and technologies.- Be dedicated to delivery.- Work with the Rasa framework and Google Cloud Platform.We Offer:- Work with #1 winner of the 'Best Place to Work' award!- US and EU projects based on advanced technologies.- Legal IMSS contract and competitive compensation.- Annual performance appraisals.- Flexibility in workspace, either remote or in our welcoming office
