We are looking for experienced **NOC Call Center Agents** in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico to expand our NOC team.

**The role**:
The **NOC Call Center Agent** will be responsible for ensuring efficient communication with our customers while maintaining attentive, courteous and efficient customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently open tickets, log and document customer interactions in our customer support system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product and system knowledge to better assist customers.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding service disruptions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fully bilingual - English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays.
