Noc Engineer

Job descriptionThe primary function of the NOC Engineer is to observe network monitoring tools and respond to ntwork incidents by opening tickets and escalating to engineers. Other duties include preparing reports, tracking status of open incidents, providing incident status information to management or engineers upon request. Basic system operation of Windows, Unix and Linux computers, Alcatel, Sonus, NACT/IPAX & Nortel/Meridian Voice Switches, ans assorted monitoring systems.Hybrid position.
