Noc Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:- Responsible for overall activities of telecommunications, infrastructure and systems, including monitoring and operations around all aspects of the daily operation for the EOC.- Technical analysis of software, hardware and infrastructure systems.- Ensure availability of all elements of the end to end servicechain.- Follow up of the incidents, problems and changes management tickets.- Coordinate service providers involved in support activities.Ensure vendors comply with policies, procedures, and regulations.**Technical knowledge and Skills required**:- Experience with monitoring tools and ticket systems.- Basic knowledge of AWS and SQL.- Knowledge of incidents, problems and change management- Highly motivated, self-starter and team player with a high energy level and willingness to aggressively take onresponsibility.- Excellent customer service skills- Demonstrated ability to approach job responsibilities with a focus on process improvement- Able to work and effectively communicate.
