Our business-minded approach to agile development ensures that we align with client goals from the earliest conceptual stages through market launch and beyond.RESPONSIBILITIESWork in an Agile development environment, be able to lead scrum meetings, and delivering incremental improvements to the project.Deliver independently complex tasks/features/research projects from scratch.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Node.Js and ReactJS, adhering to best practices and coding standards.Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and design the architecture of applications.Review code written by other team members, offer feedback, and ensure that code quality standards are met.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and understanding of Node.Js development.Ensure that the Node.Js application is secure by implementing best security practices and addressing potential vulnerabilities.Identify opportunities for code refactoring and optimization to enhance code maintainability and efficiency.Should possess strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively coordinate with team members, communicate project status to stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to the development team.Support in pair programming if needed.REQUIREMENTSMust:3-4 years of experience in software developmentStrong NodeJs experienceReact 15 (Redux)AWS Basics with some knowledge of cloud deployments and troubleshootingGitOOP fundamentalsOracle DB 12c+PostgresAgile (scrum, kanban)Good English communicationNice to have:JenkinsJestBENEFITSVacations.
