Job responsibilities
- Lead all processes associated with talent management: personnel management, talent development, compensation, welfare, payroll, internal communication, among others.
- Establish and analyze management indicators of your area and formulate strategies according to best practices.
- Participate in meetings with the Board of Directors and General Management, to report on the activities of the Management in your charge and propose solutions, to the problem that arises in the different areas of work.
- Planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the activities and actions of the HR department, in order to ensure compliance with the company's goals, objectives and policies.
- Analyze statistics to identify problem circumstances for staff and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Keep track of recruitment and recruitment. Keep records up to date on a daily basis and provide a weekly report for Administrative Management, regarding Extra Time Indexes, Rotation, Training and Absenteeism.
- Lead the Administration and Management of Human Resources and their respective practices. Ensure that each position is assigned a level of salary and benefits appropriate to the market.
- Carry out the execution of the calculation and scheduling for the increase of salaries on the corresponding date, as well as maintain constant monitoring in this area.
- Comply with all federal, state and municipal regulations related to the payment of our workforce.
- Promote and train process participants in the requirements of other support processes or with whom they interact to achieve the effective operation of the GSC (Example; Dissemination of quality policy, communication activities, motivation, safety at work, environmental aspects in the GSC.).
- Immediately address and respond to any non-conformity associated with process management (internal, external audits, complaints, customer complaints).
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Related.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the area.
- Language: Advanced English (required)
- Knowledge in Federal Labor Law, talent development, compensation and well-being, culture, organizational design, organizational communication and indicators of management and human capital, IMSS, INFONAVIT, regulations, nominations, training, etc.
- Advanced Excel (required)
- Negociation Skills, leadership, team work.
