Responsible for which the Human Resources management takes according to the policies of the company and corporative directives, also under the Fullfillment of the laws legal frame, of Industrial Security and Environment. All the activities related to the quality must fulfill the standard of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO-14000. Responsible for representing EHS Coordinator of the Management for ISO-14000.1. Specific Activities:- Coordinates the activities of personnel hiring to satisfy the needs with laws force of the company and according to the established procedures.- It implements systems that improve the efficiency of the departments of the company.- To provide effective and fast solution to the conflicts from the worker employer's relation.- Provides consultation on Laws aspects with legal type to the administration with the company.- It watches that the procedures and policies of the company are implemented and respected.- Implements political related to the personnel administration.- Responsible to implement, to establish and to maintain the system of environmental management.- Supervise coordinates and it assures the Fulfillment the legal aspects related to the operation, laws and environmental.- It directs and it coordinates the activities of qualification and training of the personnel.- Administers the programs of compensation according to the policies of the company.- Administer and implements plans of wages according to the policies of the company.- Supervise and Coordinates the activities of security related to the facilities of the company.- Provides information on statistics and results with the indicators with personnel.2. Periodic Activities:- Prepares reports of results and statistics of person, weekly and monthly.- Interrelation with local companies of the same Enterprise group, maintains its update establishing. Attends meeting of Enterprise groups of the locality and the state.- Coordinates the activities of detention of training needs.- Participates in strategic revisions of the business.3. Eventual Activities:- Realizes analysis of market in the matter of compensation/- It takes care of training of update laws and related to its functions- It provides training to the personnel according to the needs with the plan of general qualification.4
