.**Summary**:This position will also support our global HR core processes such as the performance review and compensation planning cycles by ensuring data is audited, processes are launched in their respective systems, and completion metrics are tracked and provided to HR and the business.Additionally, this position supports the North American HR team and business with people analytics and insights. This includes delivering a people dashboard on a monthly basis and preparing people data and insights for the North America HR Monthly Operating Review, Business Reviews, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:HR Systems- Lead tasks which impact data maintenance, including mass updates of data and organizational restructures- Maintain all system interfaces and integrations- Act as the escalation point for operational system issues or questions- In partnership with Global HRIS team, manage updates and new system releases for all global HR systems and ensure proper communication within the North American region.- Review and update global system processes and guidelines as required- Develop and maintain system training materials- Assist in conducting training sessions to the North America HR team as required- Identify opportunities for improving processes through information systems changes- Performs periodic systems audits- Assists with future system implementations- Adds new hires to the HRIS system.- Ensures paperwork is complete and accurate for all employee transactions (i.E. promotion, transfer, termination, org structure change, etc.Data and Analytics- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.- Create monthly HR dashboard with key people analytics and continuously improve over time.- Analyse people data and provide analytics for business reviews and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) meetings.- Assist in the gathering and analyzing of HR data for other HR areas such as: total rewards, talent management, talent acquisition, etc.Assist with other HR projects as needed**Knowledge and Experience**:- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Systems, Data or Business Analytics role- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field required.- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and its advanced functions, is required- Must have a solid understanding of HR system design, structure, functions and processes- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce and SuccessFactors is desired- Strong data analytics skills required with the ability to derive insights from people data- Position requires a highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented professional who can work independently, but who also functions as a team member
