North America Regional Employer Branding Manager

MXN 200,000 - 400,000The Employer Branding Regional Manager is responsible for supporting and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans in the local market.ResponsibilitiesProvide input for planning and high-quality execution of the employer branding (EB) and communication strategy in the dedicated region.Constantly analyze local brand equity and propose measures and ideas for continuous improvement of the Company's positive image on the local market, increasing brand awareness and supporting Employer Branding activities.Supervise and follow up on the EB budget allocated to the region and monitor the successive updating and revision phases.Execute EB, media, and communication campaigns in the local region following global standards.Cooperate with business partners (marketing agencies, graphic designers).Work closely with other departments of the Company in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.Organize EB events to increase candidates', employees', and clients' loyalty towards the Company.Manage internal & external relations and campaigns, including collateral creation of brochures and other company materials, and conduct competition analysis.Produce reports to monitor results.Participate in planning and launching EB initiatives in alignment with global standards and strategy.Plan and organize events and conferences.Process internal document flow.Create content for social media, including the internal portal.SKILLSMust have:Integrated marketing campaigns, marketing communications, marketing collaterals, events planning, and organization.Nice to have:Market research, market analysis, public relations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
