In this role, you will be responsible for performing merchandising activities, such as product rotation, stocking of product, display presentation, display execution, installation of point-of-sale displays, and constructing displays requested by the sales team or retail customers. You may also be required to expedite product delivery as requested by the Glazer's Beer and Beverage management team.
Our Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experienceAbility to secure and maintain a valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state lawsOur Preferred Qualifications Experience with beverage product sales or in the hospitality industryPresentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of managementInterpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and government agencies as requiredDemonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skillsPlanning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignmentsYour Responsibilities Assist the sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customersPerform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territoryEnsure all company products are properly displayedComplete stock rotations, shelf resets, and backroom duties as neededInstall point-of-sale materials as directedExpedite the delivery of productPerform other job-related duties as assignedPhysical Requirements: You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipmentThe ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours)As the Distributor of Choice, Glazer's Beer and Beverage embraces a culture where diversity drives innovative solutions for the success of our employees, retailers, and supplier partners.
