Approximately 12-15% of the company's workforce is based in NOCCs.About the Role: The Business Process Management Manager (governance) will support and contribute to the development, implementation, and governance of our business process management framework.Major Accountabilities:Bring innovation into business processes through analysis.Provide expert advice to superiors for Financial Reporting & Accounting and manage the reporting and accounting requirements for the general ledger.Ensure compliance with external and internal accounting reporting requirements.Implement and continuously improve the GR/IR E2E and related processes within accounts payable for Region Americas.Own the management of all Key Region Americas Suppliers, ensuring frequent and close communication.Support month-end close activities, financial planning analyses, and ad-hoc reporting.Design and lead the customer experience and engagement strategy aligned to business objectives.Build omnichannel strategies.Manage Pharmacovigilance Agreements with external business partners, negotiations, implementation, compliance, and maintenance.Provide analytical support to the TAX Ops process.Partner with key internal stakeholders and customers to ensure systems are maintained in a timely manner.Lead the business operations function within Scientific Operations.Optimize cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity while effectively managing payments, receipts, and financial risks.Support the day-to-day operations of the PSC Program Management teams.Lead the delivery of individual projects defined as part of the Annual Category Plan.Location: Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
