Is the link between R&D engineering and manufacturing.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Acts as the plant representative for each product development team for IndustrialEngineering and Quality.- Delivers manufacturing processes that are optimized and meet the need of the business.- Responsible of purchase new equipment as read it.- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.- Performs activities related to safety.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:- Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)- Bilingual English & Spanish 100%, French beneficial but not mandatory- Must have good industrial engineering skills, and mechanical aptitude.- Project management: Master plan and budget development and execution- Able to lead DFA & PFMEA studies- Good communication skills to all levels of management- Able to interact with Management and all departments.- Individual personality that assure relationship buildint- SAP, Catia, 3DVIA (desired)- Must be willing to travel- Experience in a high complexity fabrication environment (Fabrication Area)- Fabrication processes experience (Welding, Bending, Notching) (Fabrication Area)LI-CD2
